The Spoke Apparel Ellsworth Moment

I’ve been riding a 2006 Moment for three years now. The quality of the bike and the level of responsiveness in the suspension is simply amazing. Over the course of those three years, I have developed some relationships over at Ellsworth Cycles primarily due to my boy Donald going to work for them.

After seeing my friend’s 2010 Moment frame, I couldn’t help myself. I pulled the trigger and am upgrading my 2006 Moment to a 2010. While I’m at it, I decided to go as custom as I could on the look / feel of the bike. Interbike 2009 really got to me and all the pretty anodized stuffpermeated my brain. I wanted my new Moment to be color matched and very tight from an aesthetic standpoint.

I was never really happy with the color matching on the parts of my 2006. Sounds spoiled, I know. But when you have friends in the industry, and are in the industry yourself, you don’t exactly pay retail for much so what you see hasn’t cost me what it might otherwise cost.
